Thank you, Tumblr, because of you somehow I have learned about so many animators who made my childhood so very, very, enjoyable.

This is Steven E. Gordon, guys, who started his animation life with the original LOTR animated films, worked at Disney for stuff like Black Cauldron, Great Mouse Detective, and Oliver and Company, and is probably best known for being the sole character designer for X-men Evolution. He still does freelance storyboard/animation work for a bunch of random studios, but also posts fanart work based on requests via twitter.

This man is AWESOME.
